Out of the 4, Zoro is by far the most injured. Very unlikely to come close to full health this arc. Heck, some of the fanbase think he's done for now, until he gets some bit of healing to finish off Orochi. Do you think King is much stronger than Queen, hence why he needs to be defeated by the not nearly as much injured Sanji?
