Ignoring everything else just the volcano ending not including Gear 5 or Luffy's punch how great was the strongest creature if it's a 1v1 he will win falling in a volcano?

It was garbage , WB's death set the bar way too high, but what bothers me the most is the yonkos dying to a natural disaster when they're supposed to basically be one themselves

I doubt they're dead that would be the most pathetic main villain death in manga history to just offscreen it like that a guy who was hyped up to be the unkillable strongest creature.

I don’t mean his strength, it’s just how random the current situation is.
We have a 150 chapters arc concluded with two, not one, two yonko down, Luffy is a yonko, shichibukai are being hunted down, Blackbeard is on the move, god knows where Sabo is and this guy who was just introduced a chapter ago is attempting to solo a 10bil+ alliance. This is what you call hype.

Kaido was good. 50 chapters fight. so many good panel . Clear Flashback . Motivation was explained well.

Kaido is slightly better but still a far cry of the ending an emperor should have gotten.
