I've been focused on Zoro meeting Ryuma and Oden, but... what about Kuina? Isn't that the person Zoro has the most regrets towards? What if Zoro met Kuina after he met "Death", and went to the Underworld?

My concept of the One Piece Underworld is less Hell and more a general place people go. Like, I don't think Oden would go to "Hell" to be punished, but I think he's in the Underworld.

Kuina death always make me sad and left huge unsatisfaction about top tier woman sword user. But actually zoro said sanji he came back from hell to kill sanji as if he saw underworld. Why not .d However , zoro carry Kuinas sword that means Kuina and Zoro are always together spiritually

It's not like mihawk did anything wrong that zoro knows of, plus zoro doesn't know or care about the pirates he hunts down, he could've killed a "good" pirate without being aware of it

Zoro himself said he walks down a path of carnage, like I said he's more of an anti-hero than a goody two shoes

That kind of statements you can find in many other manga which does not have the concept of underworld.
It's basically the same as when someone says to another "go to hell!" and proceeds to punch him or whatever.
