So I was just rewatching the live action adaptation and I noticed something, or rather someone that I hadn't before.

Who is the black guy in the suit opposite Dragon? The way the shot is arranged he has to be someone important, he is positioned far too prominently to be accidental. He and Dragon have the same stance and are both crossing the line of Marines and everything.

As far as I am aware his design doesn't match any of the characters we know know were there. I have looked online but no one is talking about this.

Maybe Oda is teasing a future reveal of some other character who was there.

Any thoughts?

Looks like Baldgard.

I thought this thread was going to be about the girl that might be Crocodile, I never paid attention to this one. Not many One Piece characters wear suits, and many less wear hats like that. What options are there other than Bogard?

It can't be Bogard. Wrong skin tone, no hair and Bogard's suit is grey, not blue/black.
