Speculations Would CG have been made a Yonko crew if the WG knew Buggy was fodder?

- Marco was considered Yonko candidate, even tho he is only about comparable to King in power level. Commanding rest of WBP and the territories was enough. The reason he isn't a yonko is because BB defeated him.
- Law said if Buggy commands Mihawk + Crocodile, then he's worthy of the title of yonko
Remove Buggy fake hype, and still Mihawk + Croc + strong fodders (from level 3-5) would collectively put them >>> any competition, bar 3 other yonko crews (RHP, BBP, SHP)
Buggy was gonna fill in the role either way, tho if people knew Buggy was not real leader Mihawk would've been the Yonko

I disagree on Marco at King level, power scaling is shit by Oda as a default, but we saw him fight Big Mom, king & queen at the same time, i believe Marco to be above all YC1 shown so far.
Like if Yonko is 10 and YC1 is 8, Marco is 9.2. Or at least i believe that's what Loda is trying to portray.
I would also like to point out that the whole world believes Buggy to be a Top Tier, only ones knowing he is a joke are Luffy, the ones that knew him before and Mihawk and Croc.

What is important is not really Buggy but the strong people who were blinded by his fame. Why did Mihawk and Croco even bother to have him join their alliance, and at the same level as them? Because of his strong crew. If we want to extend this reasoning why didn't they just ditch/killed Buggy the moment he declared he wanted to become the PK aka endanger their asses? Because he was backed up by his expanded crew and they couldn't provoke that.
So you can take away Buggy and of course the power of the crew stays the same, they stay a yonko crew. But you can't remove the power of Buggy followers.

Buggy’s crew isnt strong… they are directly stated BY BUGGY HIMSELF to be utter weaklings… Buggy says in the grand fleet cover story that he can’t let the Giants leave his crew because they are his strongest mercenaries
