Speculations Who is the current World's Strongest Pirate?

Obviously, it is one of the 4 leaders of the strongest pirate organizations.
However, nobody got this claim after Wano. So, who is WSP right now?

Note - don't confuse this title with individual titles as this is not what WSP means.

We encountered this title for the first time in Marineford when the strongest pirate armada invaded Navy HQ.
After Whitebeard Pirates disbanded, someone else became the World's Strongest Pirate.
I think that was Big Mom, her armada in Totland was the best thing since WB's that showed up in Marineford.

However, there is no confirmation for this in the manga. And then the invasion and destruction of WCI happened.
Two of her executives were beaten and a lot of her forces were taken out through combined effort of Strawhats, Firetank Pirates and Sun Pirates.

Eventually, all that lead to Beast Pirates becoming a stronger force and their captain confirmed as World's Strongest Pirate during war in Wano. Beast Pirates were beaten by Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai alliance and the title of strongest pirate organization fell onto someone else...
Who exactly?

1 - Luffy has a small crew but the rumors of his armada are already spreading and he keeps gathering more and more potential allies.
His core crew is very small though and the Grand Fleet is on stand by.
2 - Shanks, similarly to Luffy, also has small core crew but also carries some fodder on his ship as well.
He has many allies that enjoy his protection but they are all revealed to be quite weak...
3 - Blackbeard leads all the forces that are present on Beehive and has some remote allies working for him.
Each Titanic captain has a full ship of men ready to answer their call.
4 - Buggy is commanding all the forces that are present on Emptee Bluffs. He is backed up by the only guy remaining with World's Strongest title.
A large number of ID prisoners worship his every move. He also has lots of connections as an underworld broker through Buggy delivery services...

Which leader of these 4 organizations is the current World's Strongest Pirate?
Aka which one of these 4 organizations is the strongest?

Probally Shanks cause he has Elbafs backing
Big Mom was ready to screw over alliances because she values the chance of getting with the Giants that much
That alone makes him probably defacto strongest
Luffy is probably second and will overtake him next arc

It's between BB and Luffy. While Shanks crew is probably stronger than Luffy's one, his fleet is made of absolute fodders.
It also seems to be the case for BB.
Luffy's fleet and allies have greater assets imo

Out of the 4 listed I'd say Shanks since I don't see how Blackbeard will effectively counter a haki genius like Shanks and overall I'd say Mihawk still edges Shanks out since he's waiting for an opponent stronger than Shanks.

Hmm. I guess luffy and shanks are comparable. Luffy's G5 time limit hurts him though. On other hand luffy has more powerful allies in grand fleet for now. So he maybe stronger in that regard.

We do not know much about BBPs alliances but having aokiji does helps.

If wano and Yamato is also included under luffy , then it's luffy.

But for now it's inconclusive. We do not if what we saw in elbaf is full extend of shanks's grand fleet. He may have powerful allies also. Same for BB.

• Luffy is close enough to any current top tier and he’s the mc so him being able to win any fight is pretty valid imo
• Shanks is shanks and oda loves shanks

On top of being comparable to luffy and shanks his crew is insanely strong. Man has an admiral as a subordinate. They wash any other emperor crew

Blackbeard has a commander in Kuzan that can arguably defeat every other Yonkou. Like if BB sat fights out, his crew can potentially take out other Yonkou crews at full power including captains.

Would have to actively assume leadership of Cross Guild instead of sitting back and throwing tea parties with Crocoboi...

@nik87 True i guess its not confirmed that Shanks is aligned with elbaf. If nots the case its Luffy than, altho Shanks gotta have some territory I imagine and there is not much left. On the world map and nor opportunities to reveal it

I might also add that Buggy and possibly BB are not even contenders for this imo

Shanks is a yonko, that operates like one, and Luffy keeps allying with himself with strong people because he is a hero despite what oda bullshits

CG is led by Croco. We already saw Croco leading an org, and while for its time it was a powerful group, the whole org including is fighters are mostly assassins, people with infiltration power, or both. Now this does make this group effective, maybe even more than others depending on the goal, but not the "strongest" like you framed it

And BB goal while still nebulous is clearly also scheming, the only reason why people suck him off on this forum is Kuzan, which narratively doesn't even make him the strongest and even if is clearly already setup to not stick with him through everything

Mihawk ofc, Since he's the only pirate who as a commander has a higher bounty than his Yonko, and the reason being that his bounty is based purely off of strength alone. Therefore is is the WSM+WSS
