Last time it happened Kaido had TB speed, that's even difficult to handle when FS is on and the other person has intel, all the while Luffy was even emotional, thus his CoO game likely wasn't on point.
And you also cannot put it against Luffy, when he's getting caught off guard in a battle, where he can barely damage the opp - Kaido -, while Kaido suddenly pulls out the strongest ability in the series.
It would have to be some kind of hax like Apo's sound ability, otherwise I think Luffy should be able to handle himself.
I mean he can foresee what's going to happen afterall and he's plenty capable as a fellow top tier.
But who knows, Loki's DF might pull it off, if the hype is real.
