Each color is played by one player. Each piece has black and white color on each half of its side.
Basically, if you put two black pieces on opposite ends of a row of white pieces, they all become black as well by flipping those pieces over. The same applies to white pieces to black pieces when the white piece player makes their move.
The game ends when the entire board is filled, and whoever has the most same colored pieces wins the game.
The giants here were caught between Dorry and Broggy and were ''flipped'' black. I wouldnt be surprised if Luffy can do the reverse with his Nika powers and ''flip'' people white.
