The thing is, if Teach really does want revenge, he has a S + level pokerface about it. Like I don't think he's ever shown a true grudge to anyone, he's that utterly amoral. Like even if he knew Ochoko betrayed his dad, I bet he wanted Fullalead more then just revenge.

But that said, if I am indeed right and he is merely waiting for Luffy to soften up Imu so he can stab him in the back, yeah, he probably will enact some level of revenge on the Celestial Dragons. It's not Oda's way to have them utterly exterminated, but enslavement should be some level of sufficient karma.

And the Yami could be the key. Gura as well. I think Teach views the deaths of WB, Ace and Thatch as necessary sacrifices to achieve that goal. When the world is flooded he can basically destroy or control everything using the Gura. And I think the Yami will be used to negate Imu‘s powers. I think Teach will be immortal utilizing Law‘s DF and drag Imu to the Abyss with himself and his darkness will render him useless for all eternity after Luffy/Nika takes him down.
