Oda not focusing on the fight at all and Zoro not using the bandana makes me think Zoro vs Lucci was just a way to stall him.
I expect Zoro will eventually be truly tested against one of the two big threats this arc.

God Valley for Garp is simply " one of the many legends about him", except this one he's not a fan of talking about due to Roger team up.
