exactly, its always been the case, too much panel time leads to backfiring that particular character. the main reason why MCs in other manga/anime arent always the most popular character i because of too much panel time.

Elbaf will be usopp arc. He can surpass number three. After wano , straw hats never split again I guess. If all of them stay together , order does not change. Moreover, to able to find laugh tale , high probably, nami present her talent and probably laugh tale will belong the her.
