It’s clear from the title. Oda made it seem like advCoA was the key to bypass Kaido’s hard scale which to be fair it could. However, it lost its importance when it was said it has shallow impact despite Luffy training a week or two(forgot how long exactly) just to deal with Kaido. How is Oda gonna resolve this issue? And what’s your thoughts on this topic guys!

Not the case imo.
- Oda didnt depict Luffy's AdvCoA at all yet. No specific art depiction, so imo Oda will do that in Luffy's G5 that use the AdvCoA+AdvCoC fusion
- Zoro is the AdvCoA specialist, so i think Black Blade is generated from a much higher /advanced form of CoA, compared to any CoA we have seen. If Luffy's AdvCoC has superior explosive/crushing attack power compared to Zoro'sCoC and others, Zoro's AdvCoA will have superior hardness/sharpness/durability compared to Luffy's CoA and also others. So it can very much be still relevant.

ACoC just enhances what's already there. Look at Yamato. Her attacks are useless.
Luffy was more effective with ACoA than Yamato with "advanced" CoC
Luffy did more damage with 1 move in Gear 3, than Yamato did in her entire fight
ACoC has been quite frankly useless (at least by itself). I suspect even Kaido/BM have CoA that's somewhere between Ryou and Penetration.

You do realise Luffy is stacking advCoA with advCoC right?
You do realise Luffy before he even got advCoC forced Kaidou to dodge his attack with advCoA alone right?
Take away Luffy's advCoA and watch how useless advCoC would look in terms of damaging Kaidou.

The stacking of both types of advanced haki was great. Not denying that. However, in Luffy’s words advCoA (alone) was causing shallow damage that’s my point. And he needed AdvCoC to make up for that.
I can agree with that, but Luffy makes up with his vastly superior physical strength.

People mostly ignore having high level COA doesn't mean your COA reached it's highest potential. Gorgon sisters can use barrier variant, but clearly their usage pales in comparison to even someone like Sentomaru, forget about true haki masters like Rayleigh and Garp. Katakuri's level 1 COA was leagues above that of Luffy. So, Luffy's COA isn't necessarily the strongest. It's possible that someone people can pull off strong enough attacks to damage Kaido with COA alone.

He surely does when it comes to Yamato. He is matching Kaido because of the combination of CoC and CoA not CoA alone. And that’s the problem. AdvCoA ALONE have been treated as something that cause shallow damage. It does make Kaido bleed and feel pain, but nothing outstanding. Oda needed to introduce AdvCoC and rush Luffy to learn it just so it can add up to make a bigger difference in AP.
Kaido literally started comparing Luffy to Roger and Whitebeard because of a single Gear 3 attack....

The main thing about ACoC was just that it allowed Luffy to fight in base. Luffy couldn't beat Kaido with 30 minutes of ACoA Boundman, even if he used a KKG.
