lol whats the issue in this every piece of damage before luffy built up and mattered that last punch from luffy was absolutely devastating both luffy and kaido went through a lot and mind u we know luffy is awakened and even with the abilities of toughness and recovery speed (chap 554) it still took him a week to get back up it would just be the same for kaido maybe bm plus if the magma did some damage and launched them both out and we just haven't been shown yet
