putting mihawk , shanks etc aside as a different character from zoro
each fight presents different problems
against kaido then king it was all about durability and zoro's pu which was conquerors was what in both cases allowed him to deal significant damage to those two .
with shiryu its an entirely different obstacle with a devil fruit that makes him invisible ( if its awakened possibly more broken) . its also hard for me to imagine what would be challenging in the shiryu fight wont be really his devil fruit cause that just happens to be the theme with BB pirates in general.Not really expecting them to have their haki maxxed out but their dfs most certainly(its what they have invested so much time in hunting).
The boost here is def observation not armament or conquerors.

BB's and his crew's haki has already been downplayed by the fandom to a great extent. Some were saying BB wouldn't have even the basics of haki down (for some reason) which has been proven wrong to us in his Amazon Lily chapter.

cause fujitora is actually highlighted for his observation haki whereas greenbul wasnt even highlighted for his sword and blackblades on appearance are always shown as some op thing to have

Sorry, but if you think Fujitora having the best CoO in the verse is a reasonable take, then you should have zero issues with Ryokugyu achieving a black blade, lol
