Character Discussion What will Blackbeard do to overcome Kaidou and Luffy's bounty?
They keep hunting rare fruits and actively leverage their power and influence as last chapter told us.
Imo this will be culminated when he defeat another emperor (RHP) and become the closest man to OP that no one has ever did since old gen era.
He may even has possession of some crazy power (like strong weapon or third DF) that makes him capable of destroying the world

At this point set stones for BB are getting his 3rd devil fruit and awakening one, almost for sure the yami, to become the moon god opposed to the sun god Luffy.. at that point it will be mythical beings / gods against eachother, like Nardo and Sauce vs Kaguya, so bounties have no more any meaning.
Yet it makes sense that BB still gets another jump in bounty/state.. or he becomes the PK by finding/getting the OP before Luffy, or from Luffy, and that alone pumps him up to Roger / WB bounty lvl. Simply getting the power to challenge the world and have strong subordinates puts him on par with Xebec, who was even erased from history, so his threat in a way is even above Roger and WB and so the bounty.. Anyway for sure IM already knows a lot about BB and Luffy true power/meaning (sliced bounty posters) so it is just a matter of time before he gets some sort of greater recognition.
About the admirals the problem is that BB doesn't do things on a whim but he does them for a reason so he will beat/kill admirals only if that benefits him in some way. That could happen if he is to storm Marijoa but that sound like a EoS event by itself so no meaning in upping a bounty at EoS. Also if he kills admirals there is also a problem since he is killing the strongest "law" enforcers the WG, or at least the navy, has, as far as we know. It is like if Bin Laden destroyed all the USA military power leaving only police lvl force and then they rise the bounty on him, who is gonna try to get that? Only other pirates could try that at that point but then they can't collect it.

The community has been confused for the last few weeks, they're like Green Bull getting hit by Red Shanks' haki, not only for the fact that the admirals are proving to be the rubbish everyone has always pointed out, but also for the new gods who have achieved the position of emperor of the sea.
Luffy + Rest = Defeated Kaidou and Big Mom, with each of them receiving a 3 billion bounty.
With the list of highest rewards among today's Yonkos being: Shanks > Luffy > Blackbeard > Buggy (speculative). And it turns out that Blackbeard has a lower bounty than Luffy, and even Kid and Law, which is not at all pleasant for the series' villainous finale.
Luffy and especially Blackbeard are still a long way from surpassing the biggest piracy bounties in the series, they haven't even surpassed the current biggest bounty belonging to Kaidou which is: 4.611.100.000
There is a huge gap between Bounty Kaidou, Luffy Bounty and Blackbeard, with Kaidou's bounty being double Blackbeard's bounty at this point.
Which makes me wonder, what would Blackbeard do to have such a significant increase in his bounty?
Of course, Luffy's bounty could have been higher for defeating Kaidou, but this was simply spread around the world as "The alliance between the supernovas defeated the Yonkous, with everyone getting the same credit", which is why Luffy didn't receive the bounty from Kaidou, he didn't even receive half of the 4 million, otherwise it would have become the biggest piracy bounty ever seen, surpassing even Roger, and he hasn't even made it to One Piece yet.
The question that remains is, what feats will Blackbeard do from now on to overcome his low bounty among today's Yonkous and supernovae?
1st - Kill 2 admirals.
2nd - Kill Im-sama and become the king of the world.
3rd - Kill Akainu.
4th - Defeat another emperor.
5th - Kill Kizaru and destroy all the SGG junk scrap.
The future is unclear now.

He will defeat Garp which will be huge news.
I'd love if he raid the Wano country.
He will annihilate some Celestial Dragon group.
