Zoro has purple flame , indicated with Sound effect in red :

Zoro had blue flames since TS which can burn to crisp not like someone's blue flame that couldn't even burn clothes .

And wouldnt that further prove that its not actual flames....since you know....flames dont actually work like that.

Zoro's flames are not real mate. Its just fiery aura. If it was actual hot flames it wouldve burnt the horn or left actual flames on it.

flames + haki isnt magma but it actually increases the potency of that flame to the levels of it being like magma ( maybe the heat )
its like shanks amplifying his fire with his conquerors haki and kaido amplifying blazing bagua with his acoc barrier
i can care less abt zoro using blue flames but this is the explanation , king amplifies his magma dragons by coating them with his armanent haki otherwise people like kinemon can easily neg diff that attack .
its not haki + fire = magma , it depends on how much u amplify ur flames with ur haki .
