Tough fight. Pain in general is more powerful but minato can win with knowledge and shadow clones. Imo pain wins. Shinra tensei is good counter to Hiraishin

Minato probably, especially since he has Sage Mode too. Spreading his Kunai across the battlefield and having others located outside of it, + being able to place new marks everywhere, while being boosted by Sage Mode and having his senses amped, Pain will struggle pretty much. Even the earlier stages of Chibaku Tensei is teleported away, given his base version could move 100% Kyuubi.

Minato has sage mode which would make that ability a suicide. Also Nagato has a messy reaction speed, he literally got caught by surprise by Itachi. Minato scales way faster than him.

He had that ability as an edo and couldn't do it. His legs can't be healed. Not that is needed since its supposed to be Mobile Nagato.

Not even 4th Raikage could speed blitz his intangibility, not even Naruto with KM2 could. Minato is not only the fastest non jinchuriki character, he also has FTG far superior than 2nd Hokage.

Minato has at his disposal all the frogs just as Naruto. In fact, Minato doesnt even need Sage Mode as Naruto or Jiraiya.

It didnt took them to defeat Nagato, it just took Itachi to save their asses, Itachi solo'ed.

--Konan knew about tobi's weakness and exploited than and put a good fight. Tobi's hax becomes weaker fighting multiple people especially someone like pain who can share vision. Simply read obito vs gai and naruto

--Tobi's absorption is different from base inta. When tobi had to absorb he obvi becomes vulnerable -- Minato took advantage of it. He wasn't going to absorb raikage

--Pain's ST is a good counter to Hiraishin

--Don't think so. Don't get me wrong , pain can lose but it won't be easy.

--Also nagato maybe more powerful than pain in terms of raw power but he is a much easy target in comparison to 6 paths of pain. Nagato loses to minato or obito.
