- The guy in Law's Pirate Heart mask is called "Hakugan" and Law orders him to take command of the Polar Tang submarine.
- Doc Q thinks Stronger is dead when he sees that Law has cut him in half.
- The Heart Pirates are experts at fighting in the sea, having been born and raised in the cold waters of the North Blue.
- Bepo has a very good ear, it is he who tells Jean Bart where Augur is (at 3 o'clock) to help Law.
- Augur tells Teach that he has received the "Shock Wille" from Law for attacking madly and without thinking. He then asks him if he wants to go back to the ship.
