Tin foil hat aside if anyone joins, it'll be someone who 1. already knows all the Straw Hats well and the Straw Hats know them well too 2. had an adventure with them 3. has a proper backstory (not just 10 pages of a sad generic bs). There are not much options to chose from. It's either Jinbe is the last one or someone who checks all three boxes above
