i can only see it happening in the epilogue.

you gotta admit, it would be weird if while Luffy was fighting Imu, Mihawk and Zoro randomly had a duel. I can't think of a scenario where that could happen.

And yet, he has made it very clear with the last 20 chapters that is is happening with the Yonko, so Im not sure what you are arguing here.

Whether or not the marines get involved is a different story, but he is setting up all Yonko to clash.

Someone posted an edit here with Nasujuro being based on something that opposes the Asuras, the Devas. Among other things they can turn invisible and only humans with the "divine eye" can see them.
Zoro's going to fight invisible swordsmen for the rest of his life. :kobeha:
