No I mean when the BB pirates were talking about the burn scar man, their theory was that the reason he is keeping the Last road poneglyph away from pirates while at the same time he isn’t going after the one piece himself is because he’s a WG man…
the BB pirates figured the only motivation for having a road poneglyph while not going for one piece is to just prevent ANYONE from getting it… And the only people who are against getting the one piece are the WG
