We've seen more of that shit from Zoro and Sanji as well as Luffy, Kid, and Law, and we all know how close they are to one another. The only concrete thing about Gaban's power level so far is that he's an undisputed top-tier.

Ray is closer to gaban than roger. Accept this, Just like Zoro is to Sanji.

It's true Luffy is further from Zoro than Zoro is from Sanji because Luffy is that much above Zoro, but there's still a huge gap b/w Zori and Sanji—for now at least. May be, when Sanji gets CoC coating this arc, we can reevaluate their placements.

It's genuinely insane how weak VAs are now when they got some decent portrayal pre-ts.
Smoker still looks like one of the strongest VAs despite jobbing 3 times the same arc

In the matter of a few chapters, Gaban was called Roger's equal, Rayleigh's equal, the third strongest and then the second strongest by himself. This shit can't be more inaccurate than this. The selective readers pretending this is some kind of grand proof that they've been right all along is peak comedy here. The writer's making clowns out of the whole lot of you guys lmfao.

As always, Roger>Rayleigh>Gaban's the only real answer here. And no, Oden ain't stronger than Gaban, you clowns. Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji are similar to team Roger but they're not same. Luffy will go way beyond Roger and much of the same goes for Zori and Sanji. The SH trio power structure will not end up like Roger pirates trio. So whether you're a Sanji bro or Zori bro, there's no need to be overexcited or salty about Gaban's placement.

Roger had his 5 minutes of hype, that era is long gone. Since then many equal or stronger people appeared.
I have been saying for ages that there is no reason for Roger to be stronger than Rayleigh and now we find out that they were equals.
Rayleigh had his 5 minutes of hype and was placed on the same pedestal as Whitebeard who was Roger's equal, which supports current claims that Roger and Ray were equals.

Now, it is 5 minutes of Gaban's hype and he too is being placed on the same pedestal, as Roger's equal. New info overrides the old so sticking to old beliefs is futile.

Since the big names of Roger pirates include Oden because that's the team that reached Raftel, if Gaban claims that he is 2nd strongest among the people placed on equal pedestal, it means the strongest of Roger Pirates was Oden because during his 5 minutes of hype, he has been placed at the top, second only to Kaido who was the strongest of the old era.

This is backed up by Oden's own statement and Kaido's statement who considered Oden the same as Roger and Whitebeard.

The pecking order of Roger Pirates, according to latest information, is Oden>Gaban>Roger/Ray.
Oda is long done with keeping up Roger/WB supremacy, that ended with pre-TS era...

Most of these Vice Admirals are so bad, that two outsiders that joined the Marines already became Admirals, while these bums were all rejected.

Imagine you joined the Marines and worked all the way to the Vice Admiral position, and then you find out that a spot for the Admiral position is open, and you are hoping to get that spot, only to find out that position was taken by someone who never joined the Marines in the beginning and didn't have to work his way up.

People when "but Ray and Roger are close to each other, there is this dynamic" and "what? Scopper close to Ray against oden and in the charge means nothing. Wings means nothing" etc.

Zoro and Ray being stronger than Sanji and Gaban agendas aside is clear, the problem is that I really don't see why having King as epithet in you all heads is Roger and Ray being comparable while Gaban being referee as counterpart and fighting for No. 2 spot isn't when it's way bigger.

This actually confirms my view of years that you know, Xoro and Ray are more of a Sanji/Gaban+ than a Luffy/Roger-.

Gaban and Ray are Wings

And both dynamic exist, thus each of them is in their own tier

this chapter also confirmed that being wings still gives room that there is a second and third strongest

I don't get the whole "agenda piece" thing lol but there's like a 99% chance Zoro is stronger than Sanji, both currently and end of story. It may fluctuate but as Zoro was first to join, the second in command, and a designated fighter rather than primarily a cook, it's almost certain he has the edge in combat ability and power. Maybe Oda will subvert this just to troll everyone, who knows.

It's very obvious like with other group's like strawhats oda funneled his law into few characters and the rest ist just there to fill a certain quota of what oda thinks should be there

It's doubly obvious for a group like Marines because he gave them the appearance of his favorite actors

I think the idea that there are hidden monsters like Fujitora and Greenbull is really cool though. People who are neither affiliated with traditional pirates nor with roles in the WG (until they joined) or even the Revs.
