L. Orochimaru got bodied by a brat then went into hiding underground scheming to manipulate his even younger brother. Quite literally gave up challenging Itachi at all while chad Deidara secretly trained to beat Itachi after his loss.
Prepared himself for Genjutsu and developed C4 as a secret weapon.
Because Orochimaru's goal was the sharingan and Itachi was a vehicle to obtain a sharingan.
Deidara's entire grudge is Itachi-based, not to say what he did isn't impressive. But these are unrelated scenarios, Orochimaru has no reason to go after Itachi at that point in time. You'd need to remove any other sharingans for Orochimaru to do that.
Literally the most normal thing to submit per seniority when joining an organisation. Do you tell your boss what to do ?
That's not a way to judge willpower. Willpower shows itself when challenged by your anxieties. Deidara planned to stand up. Orochimaru submitted.

Orochimaru was trying to start a fourth ninja world war before he lost his hands lol. Deidara was in the cave in Itachi having meetings, not even willing to talk back to his superior. Plus, does anyone actually think Orochimaru would submit to Sasori? Realistically, it would be the other way around
Yeah it definitely gave us greater context to Kuma as a character but his decision making is always selfless and thinking of others first. Eh, not the worst around but it does make him one note and boring.
Kuma is a tragic hero and modeled after a saint. He did become selfish when it involved Ginny and Bonney. Helped the WG just to ensure Bonney’s safety. When you realize the pain of doing that since his entire life was ruined by those same people.

Big Mom could've still won without the bombs, the fight wasn't over as like you said, she was about to regen and win.
Whereas Lucci vs Zoro was over. Zoro got serious for 2 seconds and left bro brutally maimed - Lucci undeniably took significantly more damage vs Zoro's single attack than he did against G5 Luffy, despite losing consciousness vs G5 and remaining standing vs Zoro. Because after fighting Luffy he was back fresh in 2 seconds whereas Zoro kicked him out the arc, he couldn't even stand afterwards and was visibly scarred beneath his bandages by the arc's end.
So Lucci standing means nothing, as that's all he could do - he can't regen and Zoro already showed he can blitz him whenever he wants. Zoro was standing after "nothing happened" too - doesn't mean he was in any fighting state.
3/4 years in Elbaph = 10 years outside?
3 days in Elbaph is enough time for the BBP to defeat the RHP, Dragon to die off panel and for CG to recruit a couple of former warlords.
