@EmperorKinyagi The number 1 biggest reason why the Admiral fan cope is retarded is: The whole point of having Xebec kill an ADMIRAL and not some random Celestial or something is clearly to hype up Xebec’s strength, so how would it make any sense for the Admiral to be sneaked and turf-restricted?

It's funny how people got mocked for simply saying that Kaido's 7 losses in the past were actually just the times he let himself be captured in order to eat the food on the navy ships, which is logical since Oda gave us those panels for a reason after all lmao
Yet when an Admiral loses to someone that isn't another Admiral, and all we're given is "He got killed during the Reverie", suddenly everyone is a super intelligent manga analyst that can figure out the exact method he was killed and what he was doing when he got killed and why he didn't just sense Rocks and stop him from beating his ass.

The Holy knights cannot guard Mariejois to save their lives
1. Ancient robot Emeth rampaged through Mariejois and onto stopped because it’s power source ran out
2. Harald snuck into Reverie and an Admiral tried to get his ass but Xebec killed him during commotion
3. Fisher tiger burned the fucking place and freed slaves
4. Sabo and crew raided the place and destroyed all their food
5. Kuma rampaged across the the place
6. Even now they are wasting time as Mariejois burns instead of gathering giants to defend Mariejois
these guys are perpetually terrible at their jobs and it’s all the more ridiculous that Dragon was so afraid of attacking Mariejois because of these bums…
you can even add the God valley incident where Roger and Garp were required to save the celestial dragons even though seemingly ALL THE HOLY KNIGHTS WERE PRESENT… no wonder Sommers was shitting himself infront of Gaban, he remembers Gaban saving his ass 40 years ago

Look, I´m not saying anything I´m not saying, but don´t be shocked when there ´ s some type of catch to this situation, like there almost always is.
Btw, if Xebec did in fact save Harold, can we finally admit he´s not evil?
No one should be drawing too many conclusions about a situation we literally don´t know about, but when people headcanon Xebec being Rogers age, or any diff the fight was, it´s only fair both sides get to do so

Oda does this all the time man. In fact he does this more than he gives characters clean hype. Kaidou beating Oden, Flame Emperor Sabo taking on Admirals, then we actually see the events unfold and it's nothing like the rumours. The way the events are centered around sneaking and this being called a murder, don't be surprised if it was not even really a battle that took place.
Still, killing an Admiral under any circumstances isn't meant to be taken lightly. And Oda isn't giving this to any character, in fact none before this. So it still adds to Xebec's rebellious legend.
