Im willing to bet Daavy Jones is another person from that time period. Maybe also a D., but together with Joyboy started the idea of piracy. Blackbeard and Luffy are the evolutions of those people, continuing the line between Roger and Xebec. For Luffy this seems to be the trademark strawhat through both and Nika through Joyboy. For Blackbeard this could be direct lineage with his father and maybe another DF power depending.
It's crazy to think of how selfish the Celestial Dragons are compared to the Marines and most successful Pirate Groups.
Queen hates King's guts on multiple levels, and straight up told Sanji there was no way King would ever lose to Zoro, he was gassing the man up.

I think Imu has to have some key/severe weaknesses, otherwise, Imu would deploy these forces more often.
