I've been working out for 3 + years so i'm not a newbie
I basically eat whatever mom cooks and try to not get fat again but my protein intake definitely hasn't been enough
I haven't made any decent improvement in bench, pull ups etc.. for more than a year
(I don't do one rep max, just considering the usual 8-12 rep sets i do for most lifts)
I basically lost like a 100 pounds and decided let's keep the weight off, gain some muscle and get stronger but other than not getting fat i haven't had much success with number 2 and 3 this last year.
I have the same physique with like 5 pound increase of bench and added a couple of pull ups which definitely falls short of my expectations.
