Speculations Luffy will fight Domi Reversi Loki

I could see it happening especially since Oda put emphasis on Imu showing up to handle something quickly since there’s trouble in the Holy Land

But I dunno… for one the odds are already stacked against the Strawhats

We have Luffy, Loki, Zoro, Sanji, Hajrudin, Chopper, Franky and Bonney on our side not captured and active

Out of those characters I listed less than half of them can currently use ACoC and none of them actually know how to counter regeneration

Let’s say they free the rest of the Strawhats. How does that help when there’s already two Holy Knights they can’t damage + two 1.8 billion bounty demon amped Giant captains wreaking havoc?

Not to mention their armies that are also boosted by Domi Reversi

Removing Loki from the Strawhat’s side, healing him, giving him regeneration, and then buffing him significantly means the story would straight up just end lol

But then Oda has a ton of options too. It’s entirely dependent on how Oda makes Luffy’s fruit interact with Domi Reversi

I wanna say he might be able to straight up reverse it with the Drums of Liberation but I doubt Oda would establish Imu’s Domi Reversi army as a threat just for Luffy to instantly nullify it

I think it's possible. Loki already has an injury that would take months to heal, DR would take care of that a bit so he could show his full capabilities. Also, Imunko being a pretty girl, doesn't quite fit the type of opponents that Oda gives to Luffy.

The narrative of Elbaf with regards to Loki is very clear. As opposed to what the folks on Elbaf believe, "Loki is not evil", him becoming the victim of domi-reversi is counter-productive to the that narrative. This is one piece, it is a guarantee that the perception of Loki would've changed by the end of the arc and in order for that to happen, he will need to be on the side that protects it.

Luffy is going to be the victim of Domi-Reversi and Loki is gonna be on the side that helps defend Elbaf against it.

Luffy is defo getting Domi-reversi-ed this arc as there is no way he flexes on Imu on their first encounter (it’s just not how Oda writes Luffy’s fights). He’s 100% gonna take an L in which case chances of him getting Domi reversi-ed is very high. Will be victim to it this arc and learn how to overcome it for the next time he challenges Imu.

Moreover like I’ve already brought up several times in several threads. There have been many references to evil Nika since the beginning of this arc & Domi-Reversi is a very convenient way to manifest it. Not to mention the similarities btw this arc & TB where we had antagonist Luffy in the form of Oars.

• Although Loki is stronger than either Dorry or Broggy he is injured
• Does Bonney = Yonko level by turning into joyboy or is that a no because her haki level is nowhere near Luffys?

Assuming the elbaf arc will not be like egghead arc being called "run piece" 2 times in a row. Explain why we need Luffy to fight demon mode Loki when it looks like the strawhats have their hands completely full?

Edit: most wild theory would be Bonneys awakened DF allows her to copy Imu's ability.

Loki is 1 of exactly 4 people in elfab that has acoc on the hero side.

of those, gaben is dying rn and is useless.

So, condom and his right hand already has to beat Gunko with the literal final villain possessing her, Sommers, Killingham, and a literal army of domi reversi giants including two of their captains.

All of those guys require acoc to even start hurting them.

Throwing Loki, the strongest giant on the island, on top of that pile is nothing short of signing the death certificates of the heroes.

Loki could attempt to resist it like Rocks did.

I also think Brook might find a way to get Gunko to do the same.

That's the main opening the good guys have, I think.

Its an interesting idea for sure. Altough i have to say this Domi Reversi risks to become really repetitive in the story. We got Dorry and Brogy,Xebec,Harald and Loki too? And maybe even some Strawhats because why not. But already with Harald is already too repetitive imho,thats why i want to see if that is really what happens with him
