Domi reversi comes with both a haki boost and a physical strength boost since your body itself gets transformed

I don’t think Oda will really explain in actual comparable terms what the boosts are.

Probably just on his other arm? Regardless as we saw last chapter HKs armband insignias match what they seals are when Shanks is wearing a shallow seal armband and Shamrock a deep seal insignia.

I seen a good theory about this.
Odds are likely that Shanks was a HK when he met and fought Mihawk. That would leave a question to what kind of enemy would a HK go out and fight.
