As for mihawk and shanks its rather simple
there is no universe where i believe shanks beats mihawk in a duel
i envision a relationship similar to whitebeard et roger in the best case for shanks
where they can duel for days with no decisive winner

However if there has to be a decider , mihawk wins here .
This is what the story has implied time and time again
There isnt some niche version of swordmanship only coc users use that swordsmen like zoro or mihawk dont . They fight functionally similar because haki at its base isnt a diverse powersystem. its very fixed.

what you observe in shanks and mihawk is more of a difference in political involvement as opposed to solitary confinement. one lends his strength to a bigger purpose , infiltrating his home, gathering territory in the new world, hes the promised child, roger's adopted child really. The other even in the supposed yonko crew he factually is supposed to lead has no interest in doing so, has no grand goals for the world at large and is focused on creating a local utopia.

you see this roger wb
xebec harald too

they are all the same.

Meanwhile Himtachi has characters stronger than Minato glazing him like they are paid for it. (Not everyone in the pic is stronger than Minato btw, so someone doesn't get the wrong idea.

By the way, top tier avy. Mello clears that bum Near any day of the week.
Cucknato went extreme diff with a 14 y/o Obito while a much stronger Obito was scared of Itachi lol

Is there any real reason to assume that Obito gets stronger overtime though? It doesn´t really seem like he did anything except underground Akatsuki stuff in that time, not necessarily fighting anyone or learning new techniques. At 14, he completed his training under madara and recieved hashirama cells, he had his MS, could control the nine tails etc, and before the 5ks, attacking Konoha seems to be the biggest thing on his record.

Mihawk > Shanks

-I don't know how else are you going to read that Shanks is stronger. It's literally his narrative to sacrifice his potential to setup the rightful generation to have One Piece. Mihawk is all about individual strength. It couldn't have been any clearer, especially with Mihawk's comment on Luffy's true power.

Healthy Itachi > Minato w/o KCM

-With what I've read from power scalers, Minato doesn't have anything shown in his arsenal to pierce through the Susanoo w/o KCM. But if Minato can pierce it, then he wins or massively boosts his chances of winning. Also I think Itachi, for the genius that he is wouldn't let Minato mark him with a FTG seal.

For all of Itachi's considerable hype and feats, Minato's bona fides are overwhelming.

Dude had no special lineage or background to speak of and could body elites sent to kidnap a jinchuuriki as a brat. He was a ninjutsu savant that mastered space-time ninjutsu, created the Rasengan based on observing Bijuudama, could use high level Uzumaki clan sealing techniques, and found time to learn Perfect Sage Mode along the way.

Shanks really needs no argument. I think Oda's not remotely unclear who he puts on a higher pedestal.

What's the point of lying given the manga is available for anyone to read? I see you made this thread in the hope to affirm your biases but unfortunately for you most people seem to have sense and rightly picked Minato since his superiority is actually quite obvious.

Minato vs Obito is the definition of a low diff fight. Especially considering he didn't even have to pull any big stops on his part. Minato folded him in 2 moves.

Obito had less experience and only 14 years old tbf.
That wasn't the argument.

To answer your thread,

Mihawk > Shanks
Minato > Itachi

From what we know, Minato even has sage mode which gives him a huge advantage over Itachi. Izanami won't work and Susanoo ain't catching Minato either way. Even if it's healthy Itachi, he can't just mindlessly spam MS ninjutsus or else he's getting blind way too quickly, just like how it happened to MS Sasuke.

Minato folded Obito in like 2 moves tho.

There's another kind question though that is rarely being asked : if those 4 people fight 100 type of people, who would win more people?

Because I think Mihawk wins against Shanks, but I can see Shanks defeating more opponents than Mihawk.

Mihawk is definitely stronger. man achieved a black blade and has the title of world's strongest swordsman. Shanks has none of that.
I don't see how Minato could deal with Tsukuyomi, Izanagi, Izanami, Susanoo or Yata's mirror. His only win con is marking Itachi's back with a raijin seal, which I don't see happening either. Minato is severely lacking in the AP department, and we don't know how good he is at dealing with genjutsu.
He can probably break free from Itachi's regular genjutsu (Naruto did it). He does have the CQC advantage due to his speed and space-time ninjutsu. Itachi could eat a rasengan if he tries to fight Minato straight on without Susanoo. Itachi probably wins this extreme diff, though. Minato can't dodge forever, and Tsukuyomi is extremely lethal.
minato's sage mode is a huge counter to itachi's genjutsu.
How?
