Welp. Scantrad (the french team) confirmed that they won't able to release the chapter normally and they have no idea when they will be able to (could be tomorrow morning, afternoon or even later like saturday)

I actually saw a few people say that Chapter 1000 will be just like any other chapter even after it was pointed out to them with landmarks like Chapter 100 and Chapter 500 having the Grand Line and Rayleigh’s modern intro, as well as Dressrosa starting and ending with Chapters 700 and 800. There’s no way Oda would just casually ignore a landmark like Chapter 1000.
