Though I have to admit that the animation quality of the Gifuu doudou anime is sub-par, the story and the characters & OSTs make up for it!
I've never felt so bursting with testosterone as when I watched it for the first time! Maybe even moreso than with JoJo!

have more time to watch more anime instead, as Ive been meaning to as well for many years funnily enough! The fact I've not even watched the Ranma 1/2 remake is unforgivable given how much I WORSHIPPED the Ranma series back in the day!

Please do give it a shot man! If you like the setting, you're definitely going to love this one also! And again, I can't lie, it is not the prettiest looking anime I've ever watched.

That's keiji in your pfp isn't it btw? I've been meaning to ask lol. I love the sengoku Basara version of him, my favourite character in that along with magoichi, ieyasu and masamune.
