No. He would do as much as he did with Shusui too.
Enma is nothing more than a training tool for Zoro to understand the Haki output he puts into his slashes while fighting. All this sword does is making you control your Haki output better.
Not a power-up in my book and I don't see a need for Zoro to have this sword. Sword of a loser naked dancer Oden. Shusui >>>>>>

Enma is confirmed to be the only sword to harm Kaido but some random no named, non ryou l wado ichimonji and Sandai Kotetsu is going to harm Kaido according to you??
Other swordsmen couldn’t even do that. There isn’t even a single panel of wado or Sandai cutting Kaido or being mentioned specifically as unusual, nor did the yonko mention them
