The Hound parried his killing blows with no issue. The Greatjon is in the same physical strength category, and is likely physically stronger than the Hound as he is both taller and larger.

We really don’t get enough feats from Greatjon to say. He is larger than the Hound and very likely physically stronger, but so is the Mountain and the Hound matched him equally. I’d say the Hound is probably more skilled while the Greatjon is probably more savage and can tolerate more pain...
