Oda needs to pull another Enies Lobby miracle power jumps wise if he really wants Sanji to take on Queen. Jabra > Water 7 Sanji just like Current Queen > Sanji to our knowledge.

His Jabra is most likely Queen. Will see about that however. He is going to stay in the lower quarters, this is what I can most likely tell right now.
