first of all....Kaido having blood at the mouth since Law attack....from the first red roc attack second this is Kaido face post Ashura...same blood at the mouth but face is clean.... this is Kaido in present chapter...face is bloody not just lips...same kind of bruises Luffy had....

Kaido mocked Oden too.....mocking is not a factor to scale strength.....arlong mocked Luffy throughout the fight...mocking is in general villains/antagonists second nature...you can use any other parameter to judge character strength but mocking is not a reliable parameter to judge in anyway....

Luffy didn't run out of haki but Luffy still can't clad in CoC properly...of course he used it for the first time, so there will be some issues...but that's okay as long as he didn't lose because he ran out of haki it is fine....he can come back even stronger....next time he will use it...
