Looks like you didn't pay attention in the Katakuri fight. Luffy literally had to achieve the same level of CoO as Katakuri in order to beat him. But that's what you get when reading OP with blinders on.

Weak haki is King. Katakuris haki shits all over that bloodline dependant fraud.
