But ask yourself this, how do they get stronger by beating those 2? Nami gets stronger by improving her weapon and weather knowledge, nothing to do with beating Ulti. Same for Usopp. CoO and weapon improvement is how he gets stronger. Physically they're both weak so 2 ancient zoan haki users...

Pedro is talking about the crew. Kin, like the rest of the crew (Jinbe, Zoro, Sanji etc.) is talking about his captain. And is the only one other than Jinbe and Luffy himself to shout it in the face of a yonko. Small difference yes, but it makes him stand out in epicness imo
