Duke might actually have easier time then Tou against RKK's formation due to his instinct. The issue is as always the lack of good vassals in Duke's army, so I can see Qin suffering bigger casualties, but Duke might also reach Han's HQ faster and kill Rakuakan before Yoko Yoko arrives.
