There’s good in every one piece arc but understand that controversy doesn’t necessarily mean something was bad , it just means the opinion on the arc is not universal , it’s very mixed opinions, which fit the bill for all these arcs.

idk WCI is the last arc that had good tension fr. It’s the last arc Luffy Truly wasn’t strong enough to overcome the opposition. And had to just escape.

In terms of Peak? Idk about easily…..

Manga Sanji is still great, everything he’s done in Elbaf, Egghead Onigashima? I feel like Manga Sanji is on a good run.

Ending hurt that series and left a long lasting scar but it seems that scar is fading.
