Sanji didn't fight Kaku. He bubbled him then later clashed vs Kizaru, Nasjuro and Mars. 2 of the 3 are opponents Luffy fought this arc. Also Oda set up Sanji vs Kizaru this arc, like Zoro vs Fujitora in Dressrosa. It's honestly a good time for characters to somewhat catch up with Luffy...

So Queen tanks everything Marco hits him with and keeps fighting afterwards without injuries but it doesn't count as tanking and gets used as an antifeat. Also tanked Big Mom's attack and got up quickly.

You clearly didn't read the manga. Sanji's exoskeleton already unlocked before he got 2v1'd vs King and Queen he just didn't realize it.

Sanji vs Kizaru is happening. It's already been set up this arc. Sanji's also the only non-Nika character that can fight against lasers. Kuzan I feel is tied to too many other characters, from BB, Akainu, Garp, Coby, Robin etc. He'll probably die to BB.
