I had to look it up and you're right about Zoro. The black haki isn't an artistic style. It's literally used for offence and defense and Sanji has never used it once even to protect himself where it would be clearly visible.

I don't think Sanji has hardening. Think about it Oda had Luffy and Zoro say they were using hardened haki back in Dressrosa and on the way to FMI but he never wrote Sanji saying it even though he is the one that needs the verbal confirmation the most. And having armament haki doesn't equal...
