Atleast pre void century, Elbaf mythology is from tens of thousands of years ago. It was so long Ago that even jarul said it took an eternity for ragnir to Find a rightful weilder. Would be weird if an “eternity” from jaruls perspective was only 400 years before he was born.

Again even for people coping saying Ryuma was from old wano, Him fighting against pirates proves that he was atleast after the void century to some extent. also Ryuma being from the void century anyway would be thousands of years off from the God of wars time of reign.
