Fodders follow orders. Do you see Smoker and the other named Marines being sent to get slaughtered by Croco, Weevil or Mihawk? They only get dispatched to meme fights against Boa because of Luffy's connection and shit they can win.

More like Oda can't write a basic plotline without clowning someone. It's also consistent with no Admiral ever going after someone perceived as top tier.

Meanwhile what? No Admiral was brave enough to go after Mihawk but they send buster call after buster call. It ain't easy being a broken bot. :milaugh:

Marines have surrounded Mihawk's island in at least 2 different occasions. I hope they're all safe.
