Look out can have different meanings based on the context which includes "dodge." However, Saying "Look out" can't mean anything but dodge in this context and you don't even need Stephen to confirm this if it weren't for your blind urge to downplay the character.

Other than being drained, Zoro has shown no difficulty in handling Enma whatsoever.

He missed because he tried hit an enemy running from him which is exactly what happened in chapter 1002. Zoro hit Queen's weapon when he's far away from him. X We have no reason to believe he'd miss a gigantic Dragon which is like 2 meters away from him.
