for the sake of plot, yes. The samurai is the only one who should save momo. Even though Sanji had the best probability, i dont think "for plot" he will be suitable for rescuing momo

I dont think Sanji will able to save Momo from the 4 monsters. It could be someone with the "shadow" behind Robin and Jinbe

The closest alliances from Momo is just Jinbe, Robin, Hyougoro, and the other samurai. If we assuming Nami, Carrot, and Shinobu running towards performance hall, then they're near the location of Momo either. But, where is Sanji exactly? He had to go through the performance hall no matter what...

For now, i had two possibilities for Sanji 1. He already in his raid suit mode, and he might already in the performance hall. But i dont know what is he gonna do next. 2. He might already going to X-Drake in the rear entrance with his raid suit too. But i'm pretty sure Oda will offscreened this...

Yes, if we put the "plot" as a consideration. Then the scabbards should save Momo. Not other people even from the SHP.
