TBH, its not a terribly high bar to breach. Sanji sadly doesn't have too many well animated fights in the show, so anything above pretty competent will be good. The fight I think that currently holds that position IMO would be Sanji vs Jabra(that had a really nice animation supervisor on it)...

Judging by the title and animator of next episode, it looks possible that the page one fight could end up being one of it not Sanji's best animated fight on the show.

Next episode looks like it'll have plenty of nice animation. The animator who handled a lot of the action in 915 was all over the episode preview and confirmed that he was working on the episode.

Considering that Katakuri said its been years since he had been punched, I think it was probably more likely to be Smoothie or Cracker...
