Zoro was send flying by Jinbei and attacked Juro. Pushing power comes from Zoro, ok? Juro was in mid air and blocked the attack, but it was Zoro and Juro who was send flying. In that case it is clear that Juro overpowered Zoro.

Ok let's compare Venus vs Zoro with Marco vs Kizaru. Both Kizaru and Juro blocked attack, but only Kizaru was send flying. While in Venus situation the one who attacked was send flying

He didn't overpowered anyone. The Gorosei was already in mid air(it's not good place to stay on the ground), while Zoro was send flying by Jinbei strong attack. And both Zoro and Gorosei was flying aftter clash. Jinbei even need to catch Zoro
