Big Meme was literally begging Law to stop using Shock Wille, and her endurance is significantly better than Zoro's. If Law hit Zoro with Shock Wille, Loro would be balling his eyes out.
How is haki going to nullify an attack that is intangible?
Loro only managed to momentarily block hakai, meaning he isn't faster than Law moving his fingers.
Law only needs to land one hit on Loro to end the entire fight.
Shock Wille literally goes through durability. No haki can stop it.
Loro can't block it anyway, and would have difficulty landing hits too, since Law can teleport.
