I guess you can see it like Sengoku being what would be the Chief of Staff of the Marines, being the highest-ranked military officer...but subordinate to the Minister of Defense.
Of course, as OP is a Shonen, such detail isn't very interesting. XD
So, if Saturn is the "Godhead" of Science and Defense, does that mean he would be the supreme leader of the Marines, like how a Minister of Defense serves as the head of the military in most modern day governmental systems?
With the recent focus on Kuma, it made me wonder again, does he have a computer where his brain used to be now? And by proxy do the Pacifista and Seraphim not have brains, either?
Also curious on what kind of energy they use to fuel their cybernetics.
Not just leading the crew and whatever allies that arc to where the bad guy is, but leading thousands of people and ships to an area straight away for war.
We talk about the Final War a lot, but would Imu really be the type to finally leave Mariejois and lead an army? Conversely, would Luffy lead a army to besiege Mariejois?
It actually would be pretty easy to fix this. Remember how Nero was a CP9 trainee and Who's Who being a member? All Oda has to say is there are multiple cells of CP9, but Lucci's was like...the most elite/highest success rate. Simple enough.

The second one was hidden in Wano's Mt. Fuji. They had strong ties with the GK, as we...
I don't know if it really means anything, but Shanks and Blackbeard have the same eye color, the recent color spread is a good example, but in official colorings, they always have the same light red eye color.
Interesting...
Just a thought, is Weevil technically a Super Rookie? As far as we know, he started his pirate career during the time skip, since no one ever heard of him until Whitebeard died.
Of course, it does make you wonder where he even came from, too.
