Ryuo is Wano's term for COA in general. What they called flow is the haki that Luffy awakened to remove the prisoner collars i.e, the Internal Destruction variant. All of them involved in the raid.

I think Kaido will end up being Wano's guardian Dragon after the war via Tama's ability. BM may lose her Emperor title, I expect that she'll be retrived by her kids and return to Totto-land.
